HOW TO PLANT

Ultra-Green was used to restore a lawn that was in need of serious work. To have brought this lawn back to life, you will need to dig up and remove the existing lawn, level the ground, brought in and had roll on lawns laid.

By using Ultra-Green Lawn Seeds we did not have to remove the existing lawn or disturb the ground. The process was simple and straight forward with great results being achieved in less than 21 days.

We used one bag of Ultra-Green Lawn Seeds for every 25 square meters, we used 28 bags of Ultra-Green Lawn Seeds, covering 700 square metres.

SOWING

We started by mowing the existing lawn to remove unwanted plant growth.

COVERING

We covered the newly sown seeds with a 0.5cm layer of coarse building sand (top soil can be used) and set about watering.

GERMINATION

In 3 days the seeds begin to germinate, which is visibly noticeable by the fine green leaf shafts appearing from the ground.

By 10 days the new lawns began to spread and knit together.
